The 2012 North American Research Conference on Complementary and Integrative Medicine

The North American Research Conference on Complementary & Integrative Medicine will showcase original scientific CAM research through keynote and plenary sessions, oral and poster presentations, and innovative scientific sessions. Areas of CAM research presented and discussed at this conference will include research in basic science, clinical research, methodological research, health services research, and education research.

The Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine (CAHCIM) is the conference host, which consists of 44 leading academic medical centers from across North America. We invite and encourage participation from CAM researchers, educators and providers, as well as conventional practitioners from around the world.

The North American Research Conference on Complementary & Integrative Medicine represents the third occasion that the 44 Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine along with other leading national and international CAM networks and organizations are invited to come together to meet and share their research. This conference is international in scope and is intended to foster the development of new collaborations and to strengthen existing partnerships.
